Accordingly, refunds and returns are subject to the manufacturer's policies and discretion. As your agent, we will use our best efforts to obtain a refund from the manufacturer on your behalf.

Shoppers Advantage does not accept returns of products which are not wanted or because you have changed your mind, nor does it give refunds for these products. Please choose your products carefully.

Magazine subscriptions will not be refunded for the full or part term of the 12 Month subscription, unless the below terms are met.

You or the recipient of an order (the "recipient") may return a product that has been purchased from the Site if:

1. it is damaged or faulty upon receipt of delivery to you;
2. there is a fault in the product which is evident within 14 days (other than faults due to intentional or malicious damage or clear misuse of the product);
3. Shoppers Advantage reasonably agrees that the product is not of merchantable quality.
