Once an order is successfully placed, Shoppers Advantage aims to have product delivery to you within 5-10 business days from the date of order (depending on the availability of the item(s) ordered).
We will keep you up to date via email correspondence as to the status of your order. If delivery cannot be signed for, the Carriers will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a mutually convenient time for pickup or delivery. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times and via different methods of transport.
If there are any delays with your order, a Shoppers Advantage representative will get in contact with you. If you have any delivery questions, please email enquiries@shoppersadvantage.com.au for a prompt answer.
NB. Shoppers Advantage delivery dates are quoted in good faith from information received from Suppliers and Carriers. Shoppers Advantage cannot, therefore, be held responsible for any delays which may be incurred in supply.
Should delivery dates arranged between the Carrier and the Member fail to be met through the fault of the Member, the Member may be liable for additional freight costs of $35.00.
